DOHA: The Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ announced yesterday the implementation of a limited traffic diversion of the Internal Security Forces “Lekhwiya” Roundabout on Bu Erayyen to complete the development of the street, from Sunday for six months.

During the period of the traffic diversion, which comes in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, Lekhwiya Roundabout will be shifted for about 41 metres to the east of the road of Bu Errayen and Rasheeda Street, the Public Works Authority said in a statement.

Traffic in all directions will not be affected due to changes.

Ashghal requests road users to adhere to the speed limit and follow the signs and new traffic signs that Ashghal will install in order to preserve the safety of the road.
