First of a kind event held in Qatar titled BRICS AWD 2019 Award event that took place on the 26th of April at Intercontinental Doha. The event began with a welcome speech delivered by Mr. Sojan Josseph the CEO of Masterpiece and various events it had conducted and its vision in the future. Prominent leaders across the world gathered to discuss the role of BRICS economy under the central theme of peace, love and harmony. An interesting aspect of the event was the BRICS members dedication to multilateral rules-based system and the need to cooperate and increase in trade, not only the economic and political realm, but the cultural and people -to-people exchange between countries and communities. The event was attended by dignitaries of The State of Qatar and prominent invitees from different countries. In addition to the award ceremony, a painting by eminent Russian Artist was presented to H.E Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani honoring his dedication in preserving Qatar’s history, heritage and cultural traditions.

Three hours awards event was very good experience and the take away was an awakening for the audience that live in peace and harmony for a better world.
