On the other hand, the “Best Customer-Friendly Shopping Destination – Qatar, 2023” from the Global Brand Awards recognises Doha Festival City’s relentless pursuit of consumer satisfaction, reflected in the staggering positive reviews and consistently high satisfaction scores.
