DOHA: Under the patronage of Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, the first International Products Exhibition and Conference (IPEC Qatar) will be held from October 8 to 10 confirming Qatar’s strong ties with its trade partners.
IPEC 2018 will bring together political and business leaders, government officials and entrepreneurs from across the Middle East, North Africa and Asia, hosting representatives of participating countries, business associations, private business owners, and entrepreneurs.
IPEC Qatar will feature international pavilions showcasing Qatar’s trade partners, diverse and exciting business prospects in Qatar. The event represents golden investment opportunities for SMEs where investors will benefit from direct access to projects in Qatar and meeting with key decision-makers from the government and the private sector.
IPEC is the largest trade event of the year at Doha Exhibition and Conferences Centre (DECC) and the event will offer a unique opportunity to celebrate Qatar’s strong ties with distinguished international partners. The opening will take place at 9 am on Monday.
The three-day event will explore the global economic challenges of our time, while examining obstacles and opportunities facing the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia.
In addition, the conference will focus on managing sustainable economic growth, economic cooperation between nations, growth and innovation of global travel, and financing partnerships to increase prosperity.
It will also explore the possibility of visa-free travel for all, as well as ways to foster innovation across the region through startups and SMEs.
