The much-anticipated ‘Entertainment World Village’ has finally opened its doors to the public on April 15th. Qatar’s largest open air amusement park was officially inaugurated by Sheikh Suhaim bin Khaled bin Hamad Al-Thani, who toured the outdoor village site along with an accompanying VIP delegation and media representatives.
‘Entertainment World Village’ features over 30 kids and adult thrill rides, including Reverse Bungee, Roller Coaster, G-Force Bomber and a giant Ferris Wheel to name a few, in addition to international award-winning stage shows and performances, skill games, and various other recreational activities such as bouncy castles, paintball and doughnut boats among others.
In between rides and shows, visitors can enjoy various culinary offerings from over 30 F&B booths ranging from cafes, fast food eateries and casual dining outlets, all with a mesmerizing seaview, not to forget confectionary shacks serving all kinds of popular snacks such as popcorn, cotton candy, beverages, sweets, toys, etc…
The amusement park promises to be the country’s leading entertainment destination for those seeking to spend memorable fun times with the family and those daring to try some thrilling activities.
Sheikh Suhaim Bin Khaled Bin Hamad Al Thani, Chairman of The Entertainment World Village for Carnivals Co. stated ‘This is our first foray into the outdoor entertainment industry on this scale – we’re planning for the long term, to give the people of Qatar alternative entertainment activities throughout the year, but also to supporting Qatar’s position as a tourist destination.

The Village will be open for four weeks, from Saturday to Wednesday 4 pm – 11 pm and Thursday and Friday 4 pm – 1 am, and is located at Al Qutaifiya beach, between the Diplomatic Club and The Pearl-Qatar. 2000 car parks are available for visitors. Entrance fee is QR15, and rides vary from QR10 – QR75.
