FIFA President Gianni Infantino is on another trip to the Middle East. He has visited Kuwait during the past two days and is continuing his trip with a visit to Qatar.

The visit to Kuwait included meetings with the President of the Kuwaiti FA, Sheikh Ahmad Yusuf Al-Sabah, and the top management of the Federation. Discussions about football in the country in general and the FIFA World Cup 2022™ were on the agenda.

President Infantino also had the opportunity to meet the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, as well as the Speaker of the Kuwaiti National Assembly, Marzouq Al-Ghanim.

The FIFA President travelled to Qatar on Sunday evening and will have a number of meetings in Doha over the next two days.
