Doha: Ministry of Education and Higher Education will soon introduce a complaints and inquiries portal for private school educators and parents.

Director of Private Schools Office, Rawda Al Zaidan, explained that the complaints and inquiries system was built on the basis of governance and transparency and the system allows the Ministry to follow complaints and inquiries from parents and school in order to arrive at an optimal solution to any complaint.

Department of Private Schools Office at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education held a training workshop to introduce the complaints and inquiries system on MOnday.

Private school owners and principals in Qatar were informed about the private schools gate which is a unified window for information and services, QNA reported. These information can be accessed through private schools gate, such as events, services, early registration, complaints and inquiries.
