Ooredoo has announced a digital partnership with Al Meera to drive digital innovation and transform customer experiences.
As part of the memorandum of understanding, Ooredoo becomes the preferred partner for Al Meeraâ€™s digital transformation. Ooredoo will provide its telecommunications and ICT solutions, across ISP services, data centre and disaster recovery, smart Wi-Fi and the Internet of Things with connected fleet management, the company has said in a statement.
Yousuf Abdulla al-Kubaisi, chief operating officer at Ooredoo, said: â€œOoredooâ€™s partnership with Al Meera on the companyâ€™s digital transformation will support new levels of retail innovation to enhance business competitiveness and customer experiences. We are exchanging best practices to provide the digital foundation that can further enhance Qatar as one of the worldâ€™s most innovative retail countries.â€ Al Meera operates more than 50 branches in different formats, including hypermarkets, supermarkets and convenience stores in Qatar and Oman.
